This Privacy Policy describes how 2D Guess (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, stores, and shares information when you use our mobile application and related online services (together, the “Services”).

2. Information we collect
2.1 Account and profile
- Authentication: Email address and password (handled via our authentication provider).
- Public profile: Username, optional profile photo (avatar), profile metadata such as creation date and in-app popularity metrics shown in the app.
2.2 Content you provide
- Posts and media: Text and images you submit to the social feed, plus associated metadata (timestamps, reactions where applicable).
- Direct messages: Content you send or receive through in-app messaging between users.
- Other submissions: Content tied to missions, support messages, or other features you choose to use.
2.3 Gameplay and virtual economy
- Virtual score / coins: Balances, transactions, missions, rewards, and related logs needed to run the experience.
- Picks / gameplay records: Information associated with in-app number picks, sessions, and leaderboards as implemented in the Services.
We describe virtual currency clearly in our Terms: it has no real-world cash value and is not redeemable for money.
2.4 Device and technical data
- Device type, operating system version, app version, general diagnostics, and similar technical information needed for reliability and security.
- Advertising identifiers where applicable (see Section 4).
2.5 Local storage on your device
The app may store preferences or cached data on your device (for example via platform storage APIs) to improve performance and remember settings.
3. How we use information
We use the information above to:
- Create and secure your account.
- Provide core features: profile, feed, chat, notifications (where enabled), missions, shop/gifts as offered, and virtual-score gameplay.
- Operate, maintain, and improve the Services.
- Detect abuse, enforce our Terms, and protect users and the platform.
- Show advertising and measure ad delivery where we use ad networks (see Section 4).
- Comply with law and respond to lawful requests.
We do not sell your personal information for money in the traditional sense. Third-party partners may process data under their own policies as described below.
4. Third-party services
The Services rely on service providers. They only receive data needed for their role.

If laws such as the GDPR apply, we rely on one or more of the following:
- Contract: Providing the Services you requested.
- Legitimate interests: Security, fraud prevention, analytics at an aggregate level, and improving the product (balanced against your rights).
- Consent: Where required (for example certain cookies or marketing choices on web surfaces, or optional permissions on device).
- Legal obligation: Where we must retain or disclose information by law.
6. Retention
We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above, unless a longer period is required by law. Account data may be deleted or anonymized when you delete your account or when we retire unused data according to our internal schedules. Some residual copies or backups may persist for a limited time.
7. Sharing
We may share information:
- With service providers under confidentiality and processing terms.
- If required by law, regulation, or legal process.
- To protect rights, safety, and security of users, us, or others.
- In connection with a business transfer (merger, acquisition, asset sale), subject to appropriate safeguards.

Your information may be processed in countries other than where you live. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses) offered by our providers.
9. Your rights

12. Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Services after changes means you accept the updated policy, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
